Gretchen Gunn from Gunn Creek Farm explains how she and her husband Mark got involved.  “Deirdre drove in at the end of a really busy pruning day; we’ve got over 100 fruit trees.  When she asked us to set aside every Saturday of the summer for the Market, I started to say no.  Luckily my mother was with me and answered yes before I could say anything.  Each Saturday we would sell out!”  Gretchen’s husband Mark enjoyed getting out in the community and meeting his neighbors.  Mark says “We moved here two years ago.  The Market gave us a way to meet people and build friendships which otherwise would have taken years for us to form.”
